LTQA held a Member Discussion on December 19 on the 2025 Medicare Advantage & Part D Proposed Rule. The proposed rule focuses on several areas of importance to LTSS stakeholders, including dual-eligible special needs plans (D-SNPs), supplemental benefits, and behavioral health network adequacy. Mike Smith of Community Catalyst and Ann Mary Ferrie of VNS Health shared their perspectives to kick off the discussion of implications of the proposed rule on LTSS. Comments on the proposed rule are due to CMS on January 5, 2024.
