On Monday, October 18^th, 2021, LTQA hosted an interactive panel discussion that explored innovations to support caregivers and the impact of legislation such as the RAISE Act and the recent HCBS FMAP funding increase in response to COVID-19. Moderated by Carol Raphael of Manatt Health, panelists Greg Link (Administration for Community Living), Bea Rector (Washington State Department of Social and Health Services), and C. Grace Whiting (National Alliance for Caregiving) discussed the RAISE Family Caregiving Advisory Council Initial Report to Congress, state programs, and advancing equity in access to caregiver supports.
