On June 23, 2021, the Long-Term Quality Alliance hosted its Annual Member Meeting for LTQA members and partners. The event featured opening remarks from Carol Raphael, chair of the LTQA board, followed by a vote on the re-election of two board members, introductions and sharing of priorities by attendees, and presentations on an integrated housing and healthcare model, SASH, as well as the work of Inclusa, Inc.
