The Health and Aging Policy Fellows are accepting applications for the 2011-2012 year of the Health and Aging Policy Fellows Program. Supported by The Atlantic Philanthropies, the Health and Aging Policy Fellows Program represents a collaboration between our staff at the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene at Columbia Psychiatry and the American Political Science Association Congressional Fellowship Program. This national program seeks to provide professionals in health and aging with the experience and skills necessary to make a positive contribution to the development and implementation of health policies that affect older Americans.
The program is open to professions in all disciplines, career stages, and from all work settings (e.g., academia, practice, community). Applicants from groups that historically have been underrepresented are strongly encouraged to apply.
The application deadline for the 2011-2012 fellowship year is May 20, 2011.
