We are pleased to welcome Brendan Flinn, Director of LTSS at the AARP Public Policy Institute, to the LTQA Board of Directors!

Brendan brings a wealth of experience in long-term services and supports (LTSS) and home and community-based services (HCBS) policy to his position on the Board. At the AARP Public Policy Institute, Brendan works on LTSS issues, including policy affecting HCBS and nursing homes. Before rejoining AARP, he was the director of Medicaid and HCBS policy at LeadingAge, where he handled federal and state policy affecting HCBS and the Medicaid program across all settings. Previously, Flinn had worked on HCBS, Medicaid and family caregiving issues at the AARP Public Policy Institute and the Lewin Group’s Center for Aging and Disability Policy.
